I like how the shading came up. I know, there's soemthing strange in the composition... *shrugs* There's no "move" option in traditionals... "what happens stays happened." [Thief of time by T. Pratchett]
Scanned DID change the colors a bit, but that actually helped the sign, it acquired really BLOODy shade ^^
(Would you guess that the blood drop under L is not dropped but drawn in special way?)

This is a fanart from Bleach. This is... Nooo, you don't REALLY want that kind of spoilers, do you? HE appears quite early but we lern more later... The background is where he usually is. See the clouds? Those who read/watched Bleach know they DO have a meaning (but was the sky blue? Sclerosis -_-)
