Warning: I'm going to criticise. I hope you read it when you're in a forgiving mood ^^

First the good things!
Great job on the skintone, looks believable and amazingly smooth (I'm sure he moisturises a lot). Well rendered scar, too.
Fantastic job on the plait! The top of his hair is a little too straight-out-of-the-hairdresser-volumised-and-glossy for my liking, but I can write that off as a style thingie.
I like the pout, though I'm not sure about the light reflection around the nose - most people are actually darker there, if anything.
What bugs me most, though, is the eyes. The eyes are blank. When you cover the eyes, oh he sure is unimpressed, what with the frown and the pout. Otherwise, he just sort of... stares at you. Also something about the shading makes it looks like the inner corners of his eyes are set deeper (further from the viewer) than the outer ones, which adds to the bizarre feeling.
(Also, the neck/collarbones area looks unfinished and the collar opening is blurry, which looks a little sloppy in contrast with the wonderfully chiseled face and hair. But maybe you wanted it that way.)

So I guess essentially what I'm trying do say here is, practise eye expressions and it will be perfect! ^^
